RESOLUTION NO. 501
BE IT RESOLVED that that certain Contract for Service in Non-
federal Institution, between the United States of America and 1h~
City of Seward, relating to safekeeping, care and subsistence of
persons held under authority of any United States statute, including
persons detained as aliens, in the Seward City Jail, and effective
February 20, 1966, be and it is hereby approved, and the City
X1anager and City Clerk are directed to execute and deliver said
Contract.
This Resolution to be effective on the date of its passage
and approval.
