RESOLUTION NO. 502
BE IT RESOLVED that the below described Agreements between The
City of Seward and Hewitt V. Lounsbury and Associates, Consulting
Engineers, be and are hereby approved and the City Manager and
City Clerk-Treasurer are authorized hereby to execute and deliver
same:
(1) Agreement to furnish and perform various professional engineer-
ing services required in connection with excavation of the remain-
ing unexcavated portion of the Seward Small Boat Basin for the
sum of $9,500.00.
(2) Agreement to furnish and perform various professional engi-
neering services required in designing a development plan for the
Industrial Area around the west and north end of the Seward Small
Boat Basin for the Engineer's normal hourly fees not to exceed
$4,500.00.
This Resolution to be effective on the day of passage and approval.
Passed
and approved by the City Council of the City of Seward,
at Seward on the 7 d day of March, 1966.
