RESOLUTION NO. 504
BE TT RESOLVED that Agreement dated March 3, 1966 between The
City of Seward and Hewitt V. Lounsbury and Associates, Consulting
F.nginsors for professional engineering services required in
preparation of a subidivision plat of that certain parcel of
land located in Seward, Alaska and commonly known as the Jesse
Lee Home property for a sum not to exceed $7,500.00 be and is
hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk-Treasurer
are hereby authorized to execute and deliver said Agreement.
This Resolution to be effective the date of passage and
approval.
