;-=m IT RSSOLVED that Preliminary Plat No.4 for City of Seward,
i\laska, Located in a Portion of U. S. urvey No. 241, Seward,
Alaska, containing a portion of the Jesse Lee Home property
authorized for purchase December 28, 1965 and property pre-
viously acquired by The 2ity, such Preliminary Plat No. 4
having been approved by the Planning & Zoning COMuission in
special session on the 28th day of March, 1966, be and is
hereby approved as a preliminary Plat with the following
recommendations for changes:

This Resolution to be effective on the date of its passage
and approval. Passed and approved by the city Council of The
City of Seward, Alaska, this
