m~ I'l' RESOLVED that, as provided by Section 1.100 of
Ordinance No. 349, The City of Seward Administrative Code,

be and is hereby
elected by the City Council to serve as vice Mayor for the
period until the organizational meeting of the city Council
following the October 1966 general municipal election if
that date be the termination of the Vice I'ilayor I s term of
office as councilman, or until the appointment of his
successor within thirty (30) days of the first regular
meeting of the Council following the October 1966 general
municipal election~ the duties of said office to be as
set forth in Section 1.103 of Ordinance No. 349, The city
of Seward ?&uinistrative code.
~1is Resolution shall be effective on the date of its pass-
age and approvaL Passed ana approveCl by the City Council of
