A RESOLUTION APPROVING ACQUISITION OF LAND BY THE ALASKA
STATE HOUSING AUTHORITY IN THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA FOR
A LOW-RENT HOUSING PROJECT SITE.
WHEREAS, the City of Seward entered into a Cooperation
Agreement with the Alaska State Housing Authority on December
21, 1964, providing for mutual cooperation in the development
and construction of 14 units of low-rent housing in the City of
Seward: and
WHEREAS, Alaskan Statutes require approval by the City
of Seward in order for the Alaska State Housing Authority to
acquire land in the City of Seward for the purpose of low-
rent housing sites.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF SEWARD RESOLVES:
Section. That the City of Seward approves the acquisition
by the Alaska State Housing Authority of certain parcels of
land for low-rent housing sites and which parcels are described
as follows:
Parcell - Lot 12, Block 2 CLEARVIEW SUBDIVISION,
according to Plat recorded December 9, 1954
in the Seward Recording District.
Parcel 2 - Lots 8 and 14, Block 2, CLEARVIEW
SUBDIVISION, according to Plat
recorded December 9, 1954 in the
Seward Recording District.
Parcel 3 - Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, CLEARVIEW
SUBDIVISION, according to Plat
recorded December 9, 1954 in the
Seward Recording District.
Parcel 4 - Lot 15, Block 1,CLEARVIEW
SUBDIVISION, according to Plat
recorded December 9, 1954 in the
Seward Recording District.
Parcel 5 - Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 1
CLEARVIEW SUBDIVISION, according to
Plat recorded December 9, 1954 in
the Seward Recording District.
