THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 525
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager and City Clerk-
Treasurer be and are hereby instructed and authorized
to execute and administer Petition to vacate certain
dedicated public rights of way and certain existing
subdivision lines as required to implement the Seward
Urban Renewal Project R-2l, as detailed on the Petition
to vacate and as shown on the attached map.
This Resolution to be effective on the date of passage
and approval. Passed and approved b~ :~ City Council
of The City of Seward, Alaska this / b day of May, 1966.
