RESOLUTION NO. 526
BE IT RESOLVED that Supplemental Agreement dated May 1,
1966, Modification No. 9 to Contract No. DA 95-510-
ASK-1023 providing for electric service to the new
U. S. Army Recreational center North Side, City of Seward,
connection charge of $16,187.03 to be reimbursed by credit
of ten per cent of amount of monthly bill, be and is
hereby approved and the City Manager and city Clerk are
hereby instructed to execute and deliver same.
This Resolution to be effective ~n the date of passage
and
approval. Passed and approved by the city council of
