RESOLUTION NO. 530
BE IT RESOLVED that the rate of return earned by the Seward
Branch of General Telephone Company of Alaska, successors
of Alaska Telephone Corporation, for the year 1965, as defined
in Section 10.402 of Ordinance NO. 326, and computed by that
formula from the 1965 certified audit report is 6.23% and is
hereby determined to be a reasonable rate of return for the
year 19651 and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination is made by
the City council of the City of Seward Alaska, as required
by the aforementioned Ordinance, and further sayeth not.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage
and approval. Passed and approve~ the City Council of
