RESOLUTION NO: 533
BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 500 passed and approved
on the 7th day of March, 1966 and approving Standard Utility
Agreements for the below stated purposes be and is hereby
repealed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF
ALASKA, DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS and THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
covering the manner in which the City's power pole line will
be moved and the manner of financing such move as made neces-
sary by widening and reconstruction of the Seward Highway
from "D" street to the Old city Limits under Project No.
ER-AO-28(1) and from the Old city Limits North to salmon creek
under Project No. ERFO-5(1), be and is hereby approved and
the city Manager and city Clerk are hereby instructed to
execute and deliver said AGREEMENT.
This Resolution to be effective on the date of passage and
approval.
