RESOLUTION NO. 538
. Wcm~EAS, The Kenai peninsula Borough Ordinance No. 15, Section
20.10.5 provides that each City in the Borough shall nominate
one member of the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission to
be appointed by the Borough Assembly;
NOW, 'l'HE...~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of
Seward, Alaska that
David A. Blume
be and is hereby
nominated to be a member of the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning
Co~~ission, and that this nomination shall be forwarded to the
Borough Assembly by copy of this Resolution.
This Resolution to be effective on the date of passage and approval.

which may be certified to by the Borough Assessor at a future date shall
become delinquent and subject to penalty and interest as set forth in
Section 7.110 of the Code of Ordinances as amended by Ordinance No. 310,
unless at least one-half of the total amount due is paid on or before
August 15, 1966, and the second half paid on or before November 1, 1966.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the rate of levy on the 1966 personal
and real property tax rolls shall be and is hereby levied at the rate
of fifteen (15) mills per dollar of assessed valuation, except that the
rate of levy on boats and vessels shall be and is hereby levied at the
rate of Five ($5.00) Dollars each on a boat or vessel of less than five
(5) net registered or certificated tons and at the rate of Fifteen
($15.00) Dollars each on a boat or vessel of more than five (5) net
registered or certificated tons.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of its passage and
approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of The City of Seward this
20th day of June, 1966.
