RESOLUTION NO. 540
BE IT RESOLVED that Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co.,
certified public accountants, of Anchorage, Alaska, shall
be and are hereby employed by the City Council to make an
annual audit of all accounts of The City of Seward for the
fiscal year 1965-66 as required by Section 6.6 of the Home
Rule Charter.
This Resolution to be effective on the date of passage and
approval. Passed and approved b~2he
