RESOLUTION NO. ,.. S-SP
BE IT RESOLVED that Utility Permit No. A-31-3-66, to The City
of Seward by the State of Alaska, Department of Highways, Easement
for 611 cast iron water line to cross the Seward Highway to serve
the Alaska Railroad engine house, be and is hereby approved and
the City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby instructed to
execute and deliver same.
This Resolution to be effective on the date of passage and approval.
