RESOLUTION NO. 552
I~EREAS The City of Seward has purchased a portion of the Jesse Lee
Home land immediately North of the Clearview Subdivision for sub-
dividing into home sites and related commercial sites; and
WHEREAS The City desires to complete conveyance of these lots at
the earliest possible date for the convenience of prospective
builders;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved, to further
the sale of Jesse Lee Heights lots that;

Final Plat of Jesse Lee Heights located in U.S. Survey No. 241,
Seward, Alaska and dated July, 1966, be and is hereby approved;
and
A p~blic he~ring shail be held by the City Council as a Hearing
Board, at 7:45 p.m., Monday, August 15, 1966 for the purpose
of hearing the opinions of the public with regard to the
proposed sale and conditions of sale of said property; and
The City Manager shall advertise for sealed bids for the above
property with the following bid conditions and terms of sale
hereby established to be incorporated in said advertisement;
and

(4 ) Minimum acceptable offer for any of said lots shall be as
enumerated below:
