RESOLUTION NO. 559
BE IT RESOLVED that contract No. P-701-82, PROJECT NOo ALASKA
P-25, SEWARD, ALASKA, CONTRACT FOR PLANNING SERVICES providing
for preparation of a new comprehensive Plan for The City of
Seward, by the Alaska State Housing Authority, and setting
forth the duties and responsibilities of The city of Seward
and the Alaska State Housing Authority, said Contract resulting
from application by ~le City to ASHA,by Resolution Noo 463,
for such planning assistance, be and is hereby approved, and
the Mayor for the city Manager, and the city Clerk are hereby
instructed to execute and deliver said contract.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage and
approval 0
