RESOLUTION NO. 567
BE IT RESOLVED that TRUST AGREEMENT effective the 1st day of
September, 1966 made between the Matanuska Telephone Associa-
tion, Inc., Copper valley Electric Association, Homer Electric
Association and the City of Seward and the National Bank of
Alaska, the "Trustee", setting forth the conditions under
which Trustee will purchase off-the-job group insurance as
ordered by the Committee of the above named Participants;
establishing an agreement between the Participants for an
administrative committee and establishing the duties, respon-
sibilities and limitations upon all parties concerned, be and
is hereby approved and authorized and the Mayor for the City
Manager and the City Clerk-Treasurer are hereby instructed to
execute and deliver said Trust Agreement.
This Resolution to be effective on the date of passage and
approval. Passed and approved by the City Council of The City
of Seward, Alaska, this ~~~ay of November, 1966.
