RESOLUTION NO. 569
BE IT RESOLVED that, as provided by Section 1.100 of Ordinance
No. 349, The city of Seward Administrative Code, Councilman
E. G. Skinner
be and is hereby elected to serve as Vice Mayor
for the period until the organizational meeting of the City
Council following the October 1967 general municipal election if
that date be the termination of the Vice Mayor's term of office
as councilman, or until the appointment of his successor within
thirty (30) days of the first regular meeting of the Council
following the October 1967 general municipal election; the duties
of said office to be as set forth in Section 1.103 or OrdXBnce
No. 349, The city of Seward Administrative Code.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of its passage and
approval. Passed and approved by the city council of The city
of Seward, Alaska, this17th
day of October, 1966.
