RESOLUTION NO. 570
BE IT RESOLVED that MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT between the U. S.
Corps of Engineers, Alaska District and The City of Seward
wherein The city agrees to accept the project known as
Correction of the "D" Street Sewer OUtfall as of December 31,
1966 regardless of the stage of completion, be and is hereby
approved and authorized and the Mayor for the city Manager
and the City Clerk-Treasurer are hereby instructed to execute
and deliver said Agreement.
This Resolution to be effective on the date of passage and
approval. Passed and approved by the city council of The
City of Seward, Alaska, this ~ day of October, 1966.
