RESOLUTION NO. 573
BE IT RESOLVED that Utility Permit from the Department
of Highways, State of Alaska for overhead electric power
line to cross Airport Road from the Southeast Corner of
Lot 6 in the Herman ~eirer Industrial Subdivision, city
of Seward to an existing pole Southeast thereof be and
is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk-
Treasurer are hereby instructed to execute and deliver
same.
This Resolution to be effective on the date of passage
and approval. Passed
