CITY OF SEWARD. ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 577
BE IT RESOLVED that the completion date of the contract between
The City of Seward and Manson Construction and Engineering Company
and Osberg Construction Co. d.b.a. Manson-Osberg Co. dated April
12. 1966 and as modified by Letter of Agreement dated JUly 14,
1966 and signed by both parties, be and hereby is extended to not
to exceed April 15, 1967 providing that the Manson-Osberg Co. shall
agree in writing within ten days of receipt of notice of this
extension:
(1) to pay The City of seward the amounts due under the above
described Letter of Agreement dated JUly 14, 1966 within thirty (30)
days of billing by The City of Seward for the work therein described:
and
(2) to execute the revised contract documents as required by
the Economic Development Administration at no extra cost to the
city.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage and
approval. Passed and approved by the city council of The City of
Seward, Alaska, this~ay of November, 1966.
