RESOLUTION NO. 581
BE IT RESOLVED that contract No. 14-25-0003-3081 granting
the city of Seward Permit to construct and maintain an
overhead power line across the Alaska Railroad tracks at
Mile 25, Crown Point Siding, between The Alaska Railroad
and The City of Seward, be and hereby is authorized and
the Mayor for the City Manager and the city Clerk-Treasurer
are instructed to execute and deliver same.
This Resolution to be effective on the date of passage
and approval. passed and approved by the city Council of
The city of Seward, Alaska, this,,//Idday of November,
1966.
