RESOLUTION NO. 586
BE IT RESOLVED that Agreement between The city of Seward and
Hewitt V. Lounsbury & Associates for planning, design, super-
vision during the construction, etc. of a timber general service
cargo dock and boat lift at the North end of the Seward Small
Boat Basin for the basic fee of $20,600 be and is hereby
approved subject to approval by the Economic Development Admin-
istration of U. S. Department of Commerce, and the Mayor for
the city Manager and the City Clerk-Treasurer are hereby in-
structed to execute and deliver same.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage and
approval.
