RESOLUTION NO. 589
BE IT RESOLVED that
R. W. Kirkpatrick
be and hereby is
appointed Acting City Manager of The city of Seward to serve
until said position is filled by permanent appointment and
appointee has commenced work after taking the Oath of Office;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that R. W. Kirkpatrick
shall provide
a faithful performance of duties bond in the sum of Twenty-five
Thousand and No/100 ($ 25,000.00 ) Dollars guaranteeing to hold
the city of Seward harmless from loss for failure to perform the
duties of the office of city Manager, said bond to be paid for
by the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointee shall serve in said
office without remuneration.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage and
approval. Passed and approved by The city of Seward, Alaska,
this 14th day of December, 1966.
