BE IT RESOLVED that the Seward Branch, First National Bank
of Anchorage shall be the paying and receiving agent for funds
deposited in The City of Seward checking account for the 1967
Harbor Dredging and Facilities Construction Account, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said paying and receiving agent
is hereby instructed to honor all checks drawn on the above listed
account when bearing any two of the following authorized signatures:
