THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 611
BE IT RESOLVED that The city of Seward hereby confirms its verbal
and written agreement to accept from the Department of the Army all
of its right, interest and responsibility in the land and improve-
ments known as the old Army Recreation Site in seward, Alaska, of
whXh the land is leased by the Army from the Alaska Railroad under
Contract 14-25-0003-2531, said acceptance specifically including
acceptance of the old buildings and improvements in place, and said
acceptance contingent upon receipt of title by The City of Seward to
the 3.63 acres occupied by said Army Recreation center site from
the Alaska Railroad.
This Resolution to be effective upon the d_te of passage and approval.
