THE CITY or SEWARD
RESOLUTION NO. 620
BE IT RESOLVED that The City of Seward, 1967 Seward Municipal Boat
Harbor Dredging and Facilties project, EDA project No. 07-1-00089,
be and is hereby authorized to borrow Fift.y Thousand and No/100
($50,000) Dollars from The City of Seward, Electric Department
general funds, for a period of six months at the rate of four per-
cent (4%) per annum interest, when needed to help make the next
payment on the dredging contract, and The City of Seward Electric
Department is hereby authorized to loan its general funds, which are
surplus to its immediate needs, as hereinbefore set forth. The
City Manager and City Clerk-Treasurer are hereby inst.ructed to
execute a standard promissory note as the instrument to accomplish
the above described transact.ion.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage and
approval. Passed and approved by the City Council of The city of
Seward, Alaska this I.&k:-aay of May, 1967.
