WHEREAS the apparent low bid for Construction Item I, Total Dock And
Boat Lift structure of EDA Project No. 07-1-00089, Seward Small Boat
Harbor Industrial

for sealed bids which were opened on April 25, 1967
is Twenty Thousand Seventy-nine ($20,079) DOllars over the Estimated

NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that The City of Seward hereby guarantees
to the Economic Development Administration. U. S. Department of Commerce
that it will provide the above stated sum of money in accordance with
Section VIII.A. of the Standard Terms and Conditions of the Loan and
Grant: "If the actual costs of the project exceed the estimated costs,
the Borrower will provide the funds for such excess costs.w
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage and approval.
