BE IT RESOLVED that the Seward Branch, First National Bank
of Anchorage is hereby instructed to close The City of Seward
checking account bearing the name, 1967 Harbor Dredging & Facilities
Construction Account. No further withdrawals or checks except
that Check #4337 in the sum of $108.00 and Check #4398 in the
sum of $4,750.00 shall be paid.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage
and approval. Passed and appr9~~py the City Council of The
