THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
BE IT RESOLVED that the NATIONAL BANK OF ALASKA at Anchorage, Alaska,
shall be the paying and receiving agent for the special account of The
City of Seward, Alaska to be known as the "City of Seward, 1967 Small
Boat Harbor Dnprovements General Obligation Bond and Interest Sinking
Fund Account", which shall be a trust fund to be solely for the secur-
ity and payment of the principal of and interest on the 1967 Small
Boat Harbor Improvements $162,000 General Obligation Bond Issue, as
the same shall become due: and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said paying and receiving agent is hereby
instructed to honor all checks drawn on the above named account when
bearing any two of the following

This Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage and approval.
