THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 663
WHEREAS, The Kenai peninsula Borough Ordinance No. l5, Section
20.10.5 provides that each City in the Borough shall nominate one
member of the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning commission to be
appointed by the Borough Assembly: and
WHEREAS, David A. Blume has resigned from the Seward Planning &
Zoning Commission and from the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning &
Zoning Commission:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of
Seward, Alaska that Phil Durant be and is hereby nominated to be a
member of the Kenai Peninsula Ebrough Planning Commission and that
this nomination shall be forwarded to the Borough Assembly by copy
of this Resolution.
This
Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage and approv-
de.-
