RESOLUTION NO. 664
BE IT RESOLVED that Lease Addendum Number Three (3) to Lease of
Seward Boat Harbor Facility entered into March 21, 1960, said
Addendum incorporating an up-to-date diagram and description of
the inner harbor facilities leased by The City of Seward from
the state of Alaska, be and is hereby approved and the city
Manager and the city Clerk-Treasurer are hereby instructed to
execute and deliver said Addendum.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage and
approval. Passed and approv~y the city Council of The city
of Seward, Alaska, this 7LJ day of November, 1967.
