RESOLUTION NO. 676

WHEREAS, The City of Seward entered into an agreement with t.l}e Kenai
Peninsula Borough for the enforcement and administration of The City of
Seward Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance No. 314; and
WHEREAS, this agreement was approved by the City Council of Seward,
Alaska, and the Kenai Peninsula Borough on October 20, 1966;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that The City of Seward will continue
to enforce and administer The City of Seward Zoning and Subdivision Ordin-
ance within the corporate city limits of The City of Seward as was agreed
upon with the Kenai Peninsula Borough until such time that said agreement
is legally cancelled by the City Council of Seward, Alaska, or by the Borough
Assembly.
This Resolution to be effective .:!.;J:e date of passage and approval.
