RESOLUTION NO. 691
WHEREAS, the Statement of Income, Telephone Plant in service, and
Depreciation Rates of Telephone Plant as of December 31, 1967,
together with the Auditor's Re]XJrt of the General Telephone Company
of Alaska, has been submitted to the City Council of The City of Seward;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of The City of Seward, Alaska,
hereby approves the Annual Audit Report of the General Telephone
Company for their Seward Exchange.
