RESOLUTION NO. 701
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council, the duly authorized governing bocly of The
City of Seward, Alaska, having taken the matter into full consideration and having
determined by the required vote, as stated in the minutes, does hereby designate
Kester L. Dotts, City Manager, THE R EPR ESENT A TIVE of the aforementioned
institution. The said representative is hereby authorized to bind the institution to
the particular terms and conditions of transfer which are or may be imposed by the
execution of the Form HEW 135 or the Surplus Property Service Distribution Document.
The said represent ative is moreover empowered to delegate the authority imposed
upon him to such people as he considers reasonably necessary to accomplish these
purposes. He is hereby instructed to confer upon the people designated by him such
authority as is necessary.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the City Council of The City of Seward, Alaska, this 13th
day of May, 1968.

The City of Seward, Alaska, that the foregoing Resolution is a true and correct copy
of a resolution adopted by a majority of the members thereof present at a meeting of

said board regularly called on the 13th day of May, 1968, at which a quorum were
present, and that Kester L. Dotts is duly appointed and acting City Manager of said
organization. Dated this 14th day of May, 1968.
