BE IT RESOLVED that the Seward Branch, First National Bank of
Anchorage shall be the paying and receiving agent for funds deposited
in The City of Seward checking accounts bearing the following names:
City of Seward General Fund, City of Seward Electric Department Bond
Redemption & Reserve Funds: City of Seward 1953 Series W~ter Department
Bond Redemption & Reserve Funds, City of Seward 1962 Series Water
Department Bond Redemption Funds, City of Seward Fire Station Construc-
tion Account: City of Seward 1965 General Obligation Street Improvement
Bond and Interest Sinking Fund Account, and City of Seward Street
Improvements Construction Account: and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said paying and receiving agent is
hereby instructed to honor all checks drawn on the above liated accounts
when bearing any two of the following authorized signatures.
