RESOLUTION NO. 716 ci ty Clerk-Treasurer
WHER EAS; City Manager, Kester L. Dotts, has informed the City Council
of his intent to purchase certain City-owned property; and
WHEREAS; the City Council has given their permission and authorization
for the City Manager to purchase certain City-owned property;
NOW, nIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City C.oUDcil of The City
of Seward, Alaska, that the City Manager, Kester L. Dotts. may purchase
Lots 15 and 16 in Block I of the Jesse Lee Sub-division on the same terms
and conditions as specified in the City Sale Offer.
This Resolution to become effective immediately upon passage aooapproval.
