WHEREAS; The City Council of Seward, Alaska. has accepted the resianati01l
submitted by Kester L. Dotts, City Manager. and
WHEREAS; it is the decision of tbe City Council to appoint J.... R. Filip,
City Clerk-Treasurer of Seward as Acting City Manager for a period of
approxillately 90 clays;
NOW. nttimORE, BE IT RESOLVED. by The City Council of the City of Seward,
Alaska. that J..es R. FUip be and is hereby appointed Acting City Man..er
effective April a. 1969. and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the salay for this position is set at Fifteen
thousand, three h\Dldred and No/loo($15,300.oo) Dollar. per ~ for the
term of the appointlteDt which .ay be ended at any ttM at the option of the
City Council.
This Resolution shall be effective on tbe date of pass..e and approval.
