WHER EAS: The Statement of Income, Telephone Plant in Service, and
Depreciation Rates of Telephone Plant, as of December 31, 1969,
together with the Auditor's Report of the General Telephone Company
of Alaska, has been submitted to the City Council of The City of Seward.
NOW, mER EFOR E, the City Council of The City of Seward, Alaska,
hereby approves the Annual Audit Report of the General Telephone
Company for their Seward Exchange.
