THE CITY OF SEWARD
RESOLUTI ON NO. 762
WHEREAS, the City of Seward is the owner of real property consisting of a
portion of a tract of land located in the vicinity of the Seward r~nicipal
Small Boat Harbor, more specificly described in Exhibit A of the final lease
document; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinances of the City of Seward provide that Council may
authorize the City Manager to negotiate a lease of real property by
Resolution dUly enacted,
Nm~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TilE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD.
ALASKA:
Section 1. That it is in the public interest to lease the
parcel of real property described in Exhibit A of the lease
document dated June 20, 1963.
Section 2. That this Resolution confirms the action taken
by the City Council on April 15, 1968.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Seward, Alaska, this
27th day of October, 1969.
