THE CITY OF SEWARD
RESOLUTION NO. 770
BE IT RESOLVED that Section l(a) and Section l(b) of Resolution No. 671.
passed and approved by the City Council of The City of Seward. Alaska. on
the 11th day of December. 1961. be and is hereby amended to read u follows:
SECTION 1 - MOORING RENTAL CHARGES:
SMALL BOAT HARBOR:
(a) For rental of the below described Mooring Berths the designated
charges shall be made with all such charges due and ~able in
advance.
FLOAT LENGTH MONTHLY 3 MONTHS 6 MONTHS 12 MONTHS
A 23' $10.00 $28.00 $ 49.00 $ 88.00
B 32' 13.00 36.00 65.00 117.00
C 32' 13.00 36.00 65.00 117.00
D 42' 15.00 43.00 85.00 153.00
E 50' 18.00 53.00 100.00 180.00
F 15' 23.00 66.00 125.00 225.00
G 17' 1.00 20.00 33.00 59.00
S 11' 7.00 20.00 33.00 59.00
!bl No moorage stall shall be reserved in advance.
c No moorage stall shall be sub-let.
d Moorage applications received prior to the 16th of the IIOnth shall
be charged at the full monthly rate. Moorage applications received
on the 16th of the month or thereafter. shall be charged one-half
the monthly rate and the full monthly rate thereafter.
(e) Moorage applications are handled on a first-come. first-served basis.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that reso 1 uti on No. 675 is hereby repealed on January 1.
1970.
This Resolution shall be effective on January 1. 19:0. and shall be published
by posting a copy thereof on the bulletin board at Ci~ Hall in Seward. Alaska.
and by publishing a notice of the place of posting and a brief statement of the
purpose of the REsolution in a newspaper of general circulation within the Ci~.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the Ci~ of Seward. Alaska. this
24 day of November. 1969.
