THE CITY OF SEWARD. ALASKA
RESOlUTION NO. 764
WHEREAS, The selection of Seward as the site of the Skill Center has created
problems in equipping the facility with the necessary buildings for the housing
and instruction of trainees, and
WHEREAS. The Skill Center officials have requested permission to install moveable
structures at the school site to overcome these problems;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED. that permission to install IIIOveable structures
on Block 29. Original Townsite. is hereby granted and that said permission is
given only for purposes of educationally related activities and that if these
structures are unused for a period of one year the permission granted for their
use is to be null and void.
This Resolution shall be effective upon the date of its passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Seward. Alaska. this
