RESOLUTION NO 782
WHER BAS, the City of Seward, Alas 1,(a, desires to lease office space
to the State of Alaska, and
WHER EAS, the State of Alaska has agreed to terms and conditions
as set forth in Lease No. 591,
NOW, 11IEREFORE B2 IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
nlE CITY OF SEW AR D, ALASKA:
Section 1. That it is in the best interest to lease office No. 1 of
the Seward City Hall to the State of Alas~(a.
Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to
sign lease No. 596 as approved by the City Attorney,
11IIS F.ESOLUTION SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UPON ITS PASSAGE
AND APPR OVAL.
PASSED AND APPR OVED BY 11IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, nus 22rd DAY OF MARCH, 1970.
