CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 806
WflEREAS, the City of Seward. Alaska, is the owner of the following

All of Lot 13, Seward Industrial Park,
Seward, Alaska. and
WHEREAS, the ordinances of the City of Seward provide for the sale,
leesp. or other disposition of real property owned by the City of
Seward, l~lich is not dedicated to any public use, and the subject
property is not dedicated to any public use, and
WHEREAS. the property has been put up for lease by sealed bid,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA:
THAT the City Manager is authorized and directed to negotiate the
lease of said property in accordance with the ordinances of the
City of Seward and in accordance with the proposed lease submitted
by the City Attorney, and to do all things necessary to consummate
said lease agreement, and the proper city officials are authorized
and directed to execute the same.
THAT this Resolution shall be filed and published as in the ease
of resolutions for public sale of property and the lease shall not
be executed until said Resolution has been on file. in the office
of the City Clerk for thirty(30) days.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Seward,
Alaska, this 22nd day of March, 1971.

A RESOLUTION PROVIDIUG FOR ToE
LEASE or REAL P~OPERTY
WHERE^S, the City of Seward is the owner of the following
described propa~ty:

All of Lot Thirteen (13) of the proposed Seward
Small Goat H.rbor Industrial Subdivision, Seward,
Alaska, and
wHEREAS, the ordinances of the City of Seward provide for
~he sale, lease or other disposition of real property owned by the
City of Seward, which is not dedicated to any public use, and the
subject property is not dedicated to any public uee, and
WHEREAS, the ordinances provide that the Council may,
by motion passed, find that the public interest will not be served
by lease of said subject property either by auction or sealed bid, and
WUER~:AS. Council has determined that the public interest
will not be served by puolic auction or sealed bid but that the
pu~lic interest will be serv~~ by a negotiated lease of the property
