NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska. that this body is opposed to the 151. freight rate increase requested by the Alaska Railroad and is concurrently opposed to similar rate increases for other freight carriers serving the State of Alaska.
