CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 815
WHEREAS, the City of Seward, Alaska. is the owner of the following
described property:
All of Lots Five(5) and Six(6) of the
Marina Subdivision, Seward, Alaska, and
WHEREAS, the ordinances of the City of Seward provide for the sale,
lease or other disposition of real property owned by tbe City of
Seward, which is not dedicated to any public use, and the subject
property is not dedicated to any public use, and
WP~REAS, the property has been put up for lease by sealed bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA:
THAT the City Manager is authorized and directed to negotiate the
lease of said property in accordance with the ordinances of the
City of Seward and in accordance with the proposed lease submitted
by the City Attorney, and to do all things necessary to consummate
said lease agreement, and the proper city officials are authorized
and directed to execute the same.
THAT this Resolution shall be filed and published as in the case
of resolutions for public sale of property and the lease shall
not be executed until said Resolution has been on file in the
office of the City Clerk for thirty(30) days.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Seward,
Alaska, this 22 day of March, 1971. .
