' , , CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA RESOLUTION NO. 816 WHEFEAS, the City of Seward, Alaska, desires to lease a parcel of land to the United States; and WHEIl EAS, the United States has agreed to the terms and conditions as set forth in the attached lease for Tract 101, Seward Recreation Site; NOW, THER EFOR E, BE IT R ESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA: Section 1. That it is in the best interest to lease Tract 101, Seward Hecreation Site to the United States and that provisions with reference to public advertisement and bid in regard to this property are hereby declared to be not in the public interest. Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to sign the lease as approved by the City Attorney. Section 3. That this Resolution shall be filed and published as in the case of resolutions for public sale of property and the lease shall not be executed until said Resolution has been on file in the office of the City Clerk- Treasurer for thirty (30) days.
