RESOLUTION NO. 827
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager's Municipal Budget for
the 1971-72 Fiscal Year, including the letter of presentation
which is a part thereof, and containing estimated revenues and
expenditures as follows, BE ADOPTED, and the money needed therefor
is hereby appropriated; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the total assessed valuation as
assessed by the Borough Assessor, on May 26, 1971, and any
supplemental assessment rolls for said period which may be
certified by the Borough Assessor at a future date, shall be
the basis for computing estimated revenues of the City of
Seward.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the rate of levy on the 1971
real and personal property tax rolls shall be and is hereby
levied at the rate of twenty (20) mills per dollar of assessed
valuation, except that the rate of levy on boats and vessels
shall be and is hereby levied at the rate of Five($5.00) dollars
each on a boat or vessel of less than five(5) net registered
or certificated tons and at the rate of Fifteen($15.00) dollars
each on a boat or vessel of more than five(5) net registered or
certificated tons.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of its passage
and approval.
