RESOLUTION NO. 812, AMENDED
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BASIC HHARF DESIGN
FOR THE PROPOSED 'I':HA.i.1F CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN
THE SE~/ARD MUNICIPAL SMJJ..L BOAT HARBOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEt-lARD,
ALASKA :
Section 1. It is hereby determined that the curtailed
wharf configuration as designed by Hewitt V. Lounsbury
& Associates is anproved.
Section 2. It is hereby determined that the shallow
draft configuration is also aoproved.
Section 3. It is hereby determined that the Mayor
and City Manager shall sign the appronriate set of
plans as evidence of the City Council's a~proval of
this design.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately u~on
passage and apnroval by the City Council of the City of
Seward, Alaska.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City
of Seward, Alaska, this 13th day of
