RESOLUTION NO. 836
WHEREAS, Engineering-Science of Alaska recently completed
a Preliminary Design and Feasibility Study for the City
of Seward, and
WHEREAS, an additional Interim Water and Se'Wltr Management
Plan is required for application for Federal grant funds,
NOvj, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Seward, Alaska, that the City Manager is
hereby authorized and instructed to enter into an
agreement with Engineering-Science of Alaska for the
~urpose of ~re1)aring the Interim vJater and Sewer Man-
agement Plan for the City of Seward.
lhia~Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and
approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Soward, Alaska, this 13th day ~septemb.,r, 1971.
