CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 834
WHEREAS, the City of Seward, Alaska, desires to lease a parcel
of land to the United States; and
WHER E AS, the United States has agreed to the terms and conditions
as set forth in the attached lease for Tract 100, Seward Recreation
Site;
NOW, TIlEFEFORE, BE IT HESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF
TIlE CITY OF SEWAHD, ALASKA:
Section 1. That it is in the best interest to lease Tract
100, Seward rlecrcR.tIon Site to the United States and that
provisions wIth refe-::-e~ce to public 'ldvertisement and bid
in regard to t:1i8 prorerty are hereby declared to be not
in the public interest.
Section 7.. TbH the City Manager is authorized and directed
to sign tlie lease as approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. That ~~1is F esolution shall be filed and published
as in the case of I'esolutions for public sale of property and
the lease shall not be executed until said Resolution has
been on file in the office of the City Clerk- Treasurer for
thirty (30) days.
